1. Services
ARD Infotech offers services including software development, web design, mobile app development, and IT solutions. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual proposals or agreements.
2. Payment Terms
- Clients must pay 50% of the total project cost in advance to initiate work.
- The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final delivery or deployment.

- Invoices must be paid within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may attract a 5% penalty every 15 days after the due date.
3. Project Timelines
Timelines will be defined in the proposal. Delays caused by the client (e.g., delayed inputs or payments) may extend deadlines or increase costs.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely feedback.
- Review and approve deliverables within the specified timeframe.
- Make payments on time as per the agreed terms.
5. Intellectual Property
ARD Infotech retains ownership of the work until full payment is received. After payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables. We reserve the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless stated otherwise.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
7. Revisions & Scope Changes
The project includes a limited number of revisions as outlined in the proposal. Any additional changes beyond scope may incur extra charges and timeline adjustments.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- If the client cancels the project after the advance payment, the 50% is non-refundable.
- If ARD Infotech cannot complete the project for internal reasons, a pro-rated refund will be issued for incomplete work.
9. Limitation of Liability
ARD Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts.
